    The exhaust elbow riser over my 2003T Volvo Penta that keeps sea water from backing up into to the engine has a very small diameter hose that discharges sea water into the bilges. Is that normal, and/or has anyone
    figured a way to have it discharge on to the cockpit, sidedeck,or thruhull.
