Another terrific resource for those actively cruising is the Seven
Seas Cruising Association. Their website (www.ssca.org)is full of
useful info and once you join (for as little as $40/yr!) you can
access the new Port Guides feature with postings by cruisers of recent
changes, news, etc. from all over the world. The Discussion Board is
also one of the most popular cruising forums online. You don't have to
be a member to use that. Check it out!
