    Actually, in the yachting world, I think the mega-yachts are mostly
    registered in the BVIs. But that comes with a bit of a downside. Story
    last year about Tiger Woods making a sudden decision to pull into Puerto
    Rico in his BVI-registered yacht. His captain had forgotten the law that
    requires 72-hour notification of the arrival of a foreign vessel in a US
    port. Oops...boat was arrested...fines levied...and boat was escorted out
    of US waters. Fore!
