I am a paraplegic sailor and check out this link http://www.accesstr.com/ and
look under the lifts and pool lifts category for a lift called the mariner
lift as its specialized for boating. It is expensive however they also have
ramps but dont know if it would fit your needs. Let me know more and I will
try to help as much as I can. I might can direct you to some of our amputee
sailors and see how they manageto board the boat. Even if you dont buy this
product from them, it might help you build something similiar. I hope this
