I don't agree that an E-meter (which used to be sold by Ample Power
but I don't think is any more; instead ref the Link 10 or 20) is a
requisite piece of equipment. If you have a voltmeter (pref digital)
and understand what type of batteries you have and what their
charging needs and rates are, you know where your batteries stand. A
Link 10 certainly is a nice-to-have but I don't think it's a
gotta-have at all.
JMHO. That's why we have elections and horse races, I guess...
