      Thanks Ken, I enjoyed the discussion and appreciate the time you spent on the reply. It is saved in my keep folder.
       
      On some test circuits I've built, the frequency pickup was noticible. But with the cost verses performance going down the new options are much more attractive especially over cold cathode. Here I was having quite a bit of problems with stray frequencies and so are the commercially available products.
