    I went to the DCC4000 page, out of curiosity. Who says "it's the best"? I
    can't see anything on this pathetic website to support that notion. It is
    one of the weirdest, unprofessional home pages I've seen in a long time. The
    contact information is in the French West Indies.

    The original "E meter" was made in Seattle. It was sold as the "Link 10" by
    Heart Interface, now Xantrex

    The Link 10, still available, is for a single battery bank, the Link 20 for
    two battery banks. It's simple and it works.

    Why not just get one of them? You can buy them almost anywhere.

    On Beatrix I have a single Link 10 for the main bank and I don't worry about
    monitoring the amp hours on the starter battery.
