    Mike,

    Don't worry about a swedge fitting. When they are done properly they
    are bullet proof. Inspect the swedge fiiting when you pick it up at
    the rigging shop. It should be perfectly straight with no curve to it.
    Make sure the rigging shop has the proper machine for doing your swedge.

    corrosion and spliting of swedged fittings.
