    I'm signing on crew .....

What are your experiences with crew and transport? Has anyone had any

    Hi Jeff,

Great post. I am in a similar situation such that I am seeking crew
for the first time. I intended on posting a message here asking
other members how they went about selecting "appropriate" crew.

I only intend to work my way along the coast in the Med, so I know
the "commitment" factor is not as critical as for you. Nonetheless,
it would be nice to get it right the first time.

I am wondering how you and other members go about evaluating a
candidate, especially if one does not have the ability to meet them
    in person beforehand.

    Thanks for your input.

    Mike.
