    Hi Carey

    A lot will depend on the effects and after-effects of Cyclone Helen.
    Also whether the winds are northerly (good for you) or southerly (on the
    nose, and likely rough).

    Far North Coastal Waters, Point Danger to Wooli and 60nm seawards:
    Wednesday until midnight: Wind: SE, chiefly 20/25 knots. Sea: 2 to 2.5
    metres Swell: E/SE 1.5 to 2 metres.
    Thursday: Wind: SE chiefly 20/25 knots. Sea: 2 to 2.5 metres Swell: E/SE
    1.5 to 2 metres
    Friday Outlook: Wind: E/SE 10/20 knots.
    Saturday Outlook: Wind: SE strengthening to 20/30 knots.

    Mid North Coastal Waters, Wooli to Seal Rocks and 60nm seawards:
    Wednesday until midnight: Wind: E/SE 10/15 knots, reaching 20 knots in
    the north. SW winds around 10 knots inshore during the morning.Sea: 1 to
    1.5 metres, reaching 1.5 to 2 metres in the northSwell: E/SE around 1.5
    metres.
    Thursday: Wind: E/SE chiefly 10/15 knots and tending more E/NE in the
    far south later.Sea: Around 1 to 1.5 metres Swell: E/SE around 1.5 metres
    Friday Outlook: Wind: E/NE 10/20 knots.
    Saturday Outlook: Wind: E/SE 10/20 knots in the north tending NE in the
    south.

    Hunter Coastal Waters, Seal Rocks to Broken Bay and 60nm seawards:
    Wednesday until midnight: Wind: SE 10/15 knots, tending E later. Sea: 1
    to 1.5 metres Swell: E/SE 1 to 1.5 metres.
    Thursday: Wind: E/NE freshening to 15/20 knots. Sea: rising to around
    1.5 metresSwell: E/SE 1 to 1.5 metres
    Friday Outlook: Wind: NE freshening to 15/25 knots.
    Saturday Outlook: Wind: E/NE 10/20 knots.

    Sydney Coastal Waters, Broken Bay to Port Hacking and 60nm seawards:
    Wednesday until midnight: Wind: SE 10/15 knots tending E later in the
    afternoon and E/NE into the evening. Sea: 1 to 1.5 metres Swell: E/SE 1
    to 1.5 metres.
    Thursday: Wind: NE freshening to 18/23 knots.Sea: rising to 1.5 to 2
    metres during the afternoon/eveningSwell: E/SE 1 to 1.5 metres
    Friday Outlook: Wind: N/NE freshening to 20/25 knots.
    Saturday Outlook: Wind: Chiefly E/NE, reaching 15/20 knots.

    Sydney Closed Waters, Pittwater, Port Jackson and Botany Bay:

    by late morning, then gradually shifting more easterly through the
    afternoon. Waters:Smooth to slight.
    Thursday: Wind:NE freshening to 18/23 knots. Waters:Becoming choppy
    during the afternoon
    Friday Outlook: Wind: N/NE freshening to 20/25 knots.
    Saturday Outlook: Wind: Chiefly E/NE, reaching 15/20 knots.
