It is a moving target. Some of the links are several years old by now. I
find that often if you modify the link you can still get the information
though.
In truth, the stuff changes so fast that by now some of the links are
more like ideas of the type of places to look. However, I am downloading
a mariners handbook from esnips right now from the net, I add several
books a week from all over.-Ken
