Very consistent with what I have seen others write. The old heart units are TANKS, and very very reliable. But if something does go wrong, the current parent company (Xantrex) has abs no customer service..... As I said in the other Email, I count myself luck and know that if I do have a failure will just replace it. If I were buying today, would not get any Xantrex product, just because of the Cust Service issue others have had...

heart interface will not stand behind their products....God forbid you need a replacement part or board when yopu are in the south pacific (I am), their answer, why ship it back to us....I dont think the First national bank could afford the shipping charges from South pacific to Seattle.....never EVER BUY HEART INTERFACE......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE EXTREME...THEY REFUSE TO SELL YOU PARTS OR TO GIVE A SCHEMATIC SO YOU CAN REPAIR IT YOUSELF.....NUFF SAID.
