    From a cruiser who knows....do NOT get a combination inverter/charger...yes they are a bit cheaper than separaqte unites...however, if you are going to curise you need a charger with 220v input....either a charger with 110/220v input or when you get to foreign port just get a charger for 220.....by far the cheaper and best way to go........suggest national chargers, theyt are mfd of SS and have a switch to flip for 110/220.
