I hear you, Judy. Since the OP introduced himself as being new and already
read several months worth of messages, responding by telling him to search
again is a bit harsh, IMO. And, as always, the choice to read or not read a
message is entirely yours. In a discussion group like this one, people come
and go every day; it's not unusual to get a new answer to an old
question...just as it's not unusual to get that old question.
In all my years of cruising, the sailors I met were always the most generous
and helpful people I found. Somehow, that attitude doesn't come across on
message boards. It's not just here. Just a heads up for us all to be as
critical of our own postings as we are of those of others.
