    They want a survey on a 4 year old boat! first thing you can do is get a different insurance company. that is to say unless this is a new policy in which case I would expect them to ask for a survey.

    Other than that clean and well organized is a good thing, offer coffee or a soft drink, and offer to assist if needed..Don't lose any sleep over it, on a boat that age they shouldn't find much.

      and commissioned in 2003 - the insurance company is
