We can do that with the current GetJealous site, plus it allows us to
have 2100 photos for cost of 60USD annually (could have only 200
photos free) and Yahoo! does not allow that many photos. We really
don't want to burden a friend or family member with having to admin a
site for us. It seems sometimes that we ask too much of others
already. I will check out the Sailtrac and the Travellerspoint sites
recommended by others in this thread. We already have a link on our
GetJealous site that automatically gives our current position which
updates every time we send or receive email via Winlink. Only thing
we cannot do is update diary entries via text email.
Nice to learn that there are so many other free or inexpensive sites
out there. We definitely are not going to pay a monthly fee just to
have a website for our family and friends to keep up with our travels.
