Judy,
The site I recommend is www.sailtrac.com. Watch the "help" tutorials and you will see that both Google map draw features and remote position reporting tool posting to your own custom Google maps are possible for free via the domain. You can also geotag photos (post photos with lat and long coordinates) that will display on map pages. It is a new domain and new features are added weekly.
