The marine Outbacker antenna is 67 inches long. I suggested doing a web
search, but I'll save you the trouble:

Gordon West recommended them in the ham class I took. Since he wasn't
selling them, I believed his recommendation to be genuine, but I have no
personal experience with the antenna.
