    Use an old ham radio trick. Since the NAVTEX is a "receive only" type of radio, put an NE-2 or NE-1 neon , put it between the navtex antenna and ground. The received signal will not be strong enough to light the bulb, but if the antenna should pick up an excessively strong signal from your ssb antenna....the bulb will light and pass off the energy to ground rather than into the NAVTEX rcvr.
