Your Right! South East Alaska is always wet... if it ain't the rain it's the snow. No one in their
right mind would sail here and for sure it is not a fit place to live especially with the very high
cost of living here! (Hope that keeps all the shy ones away from one of the greatest places I
have ever lived (aboard) at, but there is always room for one more bold one.)
