    Yup, you've got Ketchikan pegged precisely. Other parts of SE are
    drier, but SE is after all a rainforest!!!:)....I guess it keeps the
    population under control, and gives us all something to whine about!
    But hey,we don't have to worry about water makers! I have heard though
    that it is rainer around Olympia WA! I am coming out of the rain/snow
     and heading south with the snow shovel in the rigging. I'm not
    stopping until someone looks up and asks "What the hell is that in the
    rigging?"!!!
