    Mike,

Would like to put my two cents in: Don't overlook the Alberg 35,
deck-stepped mast, very solid construction, dependable and not too
much $$ these days. We cruised ours from SF Bay to So. Florida, over
4.5 yrs and although we never had to unstep the mast, we knew we could
if needed. We've sold her, but i think she's not being used as
promised, instead stored up in Gorgia somewhere. Oh well! Check out
    the Users site: www.alberg35.org.

    Good luck.
    -Nancy B.
