Hello everyone,
Does anybody know what U.S. form is a "cancellation of registration under a U.S. flag?" Or
some such paperwork that means that the boat is no longer under the U.S. flag?
Has anyone had to provide this form to a French buyer? Because the DMV in New York City
says it doesn't exist!
Any insight is appreciated.
