    Your list is very oriented to the US and North America. For more
    international information, the best single source are the various Pilot
    Charts. More detail can be found in Sailing Directions <
    http://www.cgedwards.com/DMA/pubs/dmapub1.html>, though the quantity of
    books would likely overwhelm any pleasure boat.
