[world-cruising] Charts accurate ....wellll!.

    Dont be too eager to trust you charts 100%. Many of the charts I use were made by surveys back in the middle to late 1800's. Some even by Capt. Cook. Hummmm....I wonder just how accurate he was...probably not.
       
      I have found reefs up to a mile or more away from where they are supposed to be...per the chart. Nothing replaces your sextant, GPS , and most of all your occular orbits.
