The only thing that makes me curious is why you're trumpeting headroom. I guess if you are a former Volley Ball player, you might need 6'4" headroom. Other than that it's mostly useless windage. What doesn't do you much good is altitude above you. We too lived aboard and cruised in a 32 foot boat. I bragged about how much it could carry, how fast, how comfortable, how easily sailed, etc.
Never once thought about bragging about headroom. In fact raised the cabin sole to get additional storage which did away with about 6" of headroom. Of course I'm a little vertically challenged but we still headroom for about 95% of the populace.
