    FWIW, the people at Marine Engine Repair in Seattle, which handles ZF
    (Hurth) gearboxes as well as diesel engines, say that freewheeling a
    Hurth is OK but locking the prop in reverse when sailing is
    preferable. (Relevant to fixed props only, of course, not feathering
    or folding ones.)
