There is one available from West Marine. It is basically a canvas that has a zipper in the back to allow enclosing your backstay, and then 2 flaps to provide some vertical privacy. THere is a stainless folding support that goes horizontal at the area of the backstay and gives some strucucture. It was around 200+ $$
I have used it in the cockpit of my 26 footer and on the bow of my 36 footer

Not sure at present if we are going to have a sewing machine onboard or
not. Had thought so but as things progress, it is looking less likely
at least for this stage. The plan was to sew a good part of our own
stuff. Unfortunately, without that machine, and the time to do it, it
isn't going to be possible. This makes it necessary to look for shade,
etc. from a commercial source. We have searched the Internet and have
found little. Seems like a few years ago there was a shade provider on
about every other page in the mags. These days, I see none. "Shade
Tree" is about the only one I've been able to find. Anyone here have a
source that is "reasonable"? Our alternative is to look for a local
canvas person to do some work if that doesn't pan out. I would think
that local, custom ones would be more expensive than commercially
available ones.
Thanks.
