    I don't have a bowsprit, but I do have a 44# Bruce and a 45# CQR on rollers
either side of my forestay. The Bruce is my primary, and it has to be out
of the way to deploy the CQR, as the flukes of the two anchors overlap.

I've had new Valiants (with bowsprits) built to carry both anchors. Valiant
positions one roller forward on one side and the other aft on the opposite
side. That allows the two anchors to be deployed independently.

Bobstay's are a PITA. Best way to deal with them that I've found is to
attach a nylon snubber line to the hull fitting at the base of the bobstay.
Then attach that snubber to the anchor chain (You do use chain, right?), and
let it out until the snubber takes the load. That will keep the bobstay
from getting in the way as you swing. If you're using rope rode, the only
thing I've seen that works well is a piece of PVC slipped over the bobstay
to act as a roller to prevent chafe on the anchor rode.
