Thank you David for posting this article.
This is a very good subject to debate.
The European climate has Africa,Greenland and the main
Continent that influence the weather. The Gulf stream
is only one little part that does its thing out in the
north Atlantic. The Gulf Stream sure brings lots of
moisture up into the 40`s. The warm air coming from
Africa across the Med as more to do with the mild
climate of Europe then the Gulf stream ... I have
lived in Switzerland for many years so I can speak
from experience.
