    Can't help on the tanbark although I've always liked the look - so
    darn salty. I no longer have the boat but did for about 5 years
    after the work was done and, yes, the repairs held up well. The
    sails - a main and, I believe, a 110 kept their shape well. It was
    only a little 23 footer but she got worked pretty heavily and the
    headsail was a hank on.

    As for your radar support question, back to Practical Sailor:-).
    They did a review not too long ago - with a year or two. I think I
    remember seeing one or two with built in dome protectors. I'll try
    to dig up the article.
