Very sad - but what happened to waiting for a good
weather window - and speak of unnessary risks - some
commented that some could not say no - hey folks if it
is your life or if things don't seem right it is the
correct thing to do to say NO -- if anyone thinks the
less of them shame on them - i use to climb big
mountains and refused to climb if i did not think the
conditions were right and the people i was to climb
with had the required skill - as with climbing and on
the sea, once you have departed the captain is in
charge as each crew member should determine if the
captain knows what they are doing and the crew can
function given the task at hand prior to departure -
same with climbing - if i feel the person is taking
undue risk does not mean i have to put my life on the
    line for their ego
    just my thoughts
