Chad,
So, if I read this right, you are going to carry 100% cash so that
you have no monthly payments?
We have/are doing much the same. Selling the "farm." Nearly 20 year
old boat but upgraded so that most will not go wrong for a while (we
hope). Still there are those nagging payments brought about by the
plastic.
