Are Tributyltin (TBT) paints still available anywhere? I know they're
strongly regulated, but they had a reputation of being the best antifoulants
anywhere and were very effective on aluminum hulls. I remember that they
were still available in the US for application to aluminum hulls long after
their sale was prohibited to others.
