    Ian,

I second the motion recommending Enrique Plummer. (Enrique Antonio Plummer Maxwell
    <>).

While we were in Panama for 3+ months, we came to know him well and it was commonly
said that he can perform miracles all week long, But her better rest on Sunday!

He knows all the right people, helped us with an unusual arrival which neccesitated a
special visit to a small airport by Immigration. No Problem!; he drove us around to find
emergency parts for our broken engine cooling system; No Problem!

He also handled our transit. Of course, we met the Taxi Driver, Luis, who also handles
transits for cheap, but we found that Enrique is worth all that we paid and more!

You can also reach him on VHF 74 (? Better check on that when you get there!)
