    Eclipse has been found floating. In other words she survived the storm
    without any human help.

    Re the difference between mono and cat when a puff hits? The mono
    heels and spills, the cat accelerates. You do not run off in a cat,
    you luff up and reef.

    I also feel you are over playing the monos' ability to look after you
    when the going gets rough. A beam on mono is likely to roll, taking
    the rig off. If that rig goes through the hull you are going to the
    bottom. I'd rather be in an overturned cat any day.
