Here are three -
I last used Peter Stevens in 2004 on a delivery. He was very helpful
and got our yacht through in 2-days, arranged marina space at Marina
Flamenco, a slight discount on fuel, and line handlers. All
inspectors showed up on time and were very respectful (no tipping
required). He does not respond well to email, but once you get him,
he's rock solid.

I only know Tina McBride (6637-2999) through reputation. Seems fine,
also about $500 (2004 dollars).
Enrique Plummer (6674-2086) apparently charges significantly less -
at least he used to ($300).
Finally, several people have reported in Latitude 38 using a good cab
driver to help, generally only spending $50 or so. Depending upon
which direction you are going, the Yacht Club in Colon or Marina
Flamenco in Balboa could probably direct you.
