Rick,
You are so right that there is never enough time. We have been
seriously planning for 14 months. Today is "move out of the house"
day, and flight to the boat bright & early Monday morning to move
aboard. And we STILL need 3 more days.
And, of course, it is pouring rain here today.
So looking forward to some boring days at sea. Like you, we will
still have several projects to work on once we are on the boat.
That list never ends.
Hope a buyer happens by soon for your house.
