Len, I was not commenting on your financial means (where or how one
chooses to spend whatever money one has is their own business) only the
fact that you seem to want to base, to large extent, safety on
technology. I totally embrace technology; heck, I was beta testing AOL
at 300 baud :-).
BTW, I think that one of the great tings about being out there is that
no one cares how fancy a boat you have or how much money you have
either. And, a following sea couldn't care less either:-)
