Rick,
I came across Bankrate when I was comparing sales tax in different states
not too long ago. The link below shows a map with all the states and if you
click on a state, it will income and sales tax information for that state,
with links to further information.

My apologies for cross posting however I'm looking for an important
bit of information that I once had and am unable to find. Hopefully
someone out there will have it.
About a year or so ago I had a URL that listed all the US states and
their tax rates of all kinds. Included was, I think, a residence
requirement section but I could be wrong about that. As I remember,
the page background color was yellow but that might well have changed
by now or perhaps my memory is faulty.
As I remember, it came from one of the lists. I thought I had it
bookmarked and the post elevated so that I could save it. However, I
can not find it anywhere. Is there anyone out there that
remembers/has the URL and can forward it? I've searched the Web for
it and so far have been unsuccessful.
