My wife and I have been sailing in the Northeast (Long Island Sound)
for over 25 years on a Pearson 36. We had retired recently and decide
to purchase a new Jeanneau SO 49 with The Moorings; instead of
purchasing one here in the New England area. We thought it was a
great idea being able to sail out of bases all over the world (almost).

We have been in the program since 2004 and go to the BVI 2 weeks in
June and 2 weeks in November every year. We have been to Tahiti,
Belize, Greece, St. Martaan, St Barths, and this year in Sept to
    Croatia.

We may bring the boat up North after the 5 years are over and sell our
P-36 that we use in Branford, CT.

So far the best way to travel to destinations without having to sail
    across the oceans.

    s/v NIRVANA, SO49
