[world-cruising] Missing U.S. state residence URL

    I used to have a link to a URL that had _all_ the (US) state
    requirements for residency. It also had the info about taxes and the
    amounts and what it took to become a resident. I can't find that now
    and think it may have been on the previous computer and not the new
    one. Anyone out there have a URL like that?
