this clip is of all the high level athletes in disabled sailing and your
truly is in this video. I am in the yellow pdf with my team in the
US paralympic trials, we are rounding the big orange windward mark. I was
running the foredeck, jay was running the mainsail and chris was helmsman.
I am happy for the experience even though we didnt do that well overall but
what can you expect when none of us had ever sailed together before.

Sailing has been a great confidence booster for me and is my passion, gives
me reason to go forward and live, now if I can get my health back on
track..it will be off we go then for better horizons. I have to stay
positive and look forward to more sailing. I hope this opens up your eyes
and let you see another side to sailing that is truly awesome and has opened
up my world so much to more than just a woman in a chair, it has helped me
find myself again since the accident that left me in this chair.

fair winds and following seas to all
Live hard, Work hard, Play hard and Enjoy life.
    Lisa
