    Hi Rit,

I'm too embarassed to even try this. My mind goes back to my youth
when I tried to be like the guys in Rawhide. All I managed to do was
keep hitting myself in the back of the head!

My problem is that there are two lines on the jetty (for bow or
stern) and another two that are 40' away in the water for the stern
or bow. I need to tie up to the jetty then run to the oter end of the
boat and pick up the lines in the water, all without letting the boat
drift sideways and into either the boat on the port or starboard.

    Cheers,
    Ruvane.
