    Ram,

    I had hoped to get more recent data than 2000. That's 6 years now and
    I would hope that things in the water maker world have changed since
    then. Perhaps they haven't but I'd certainly like to know that. Right
    now, from all sources I have heard from, Spectra is far in front in
    recommendations. I'll have to check to see where they placed back in
    2000.

    I used to belong to the SSCA before I got out of boating a number of
    years ago. Somewhere I may still have my burgee but would have to dig
    for it. When the "smoke" clears and things get down to a "dull roar"
    I plan to rejoin SSCA. Last time I checked (years ago) I agreed with
    what they stand for. Someone has to keep the world at least a little
    cleaner and it has to start somewhere and that somewhere is with one
    person.
