[world-cruising] -timely postings

Of course it could be my ISP; obviously, most likely culprit. But even that
makes no sense that the ISP would process emails sent at 9:00 am hours
before they would process emails sent at 8:00 am. It has been my experience
that when Time Warner Roadrunner doesn't process my emails in a timely
manner, then they don't process ANY of my emails, not just the ones to this
group. Besides, this also has happened to others using different ISPs.

BTW, I read recently that in the not too distant future businesses will have
the opportunity to pay to have their emails processed first, taking priority
over non-paying emails, commercial preference over non-commercial emails.
So we peons might have to get accustomed to delayed emails on a regular
    basis.

    Judy

BTW, I haven't really had that problem. Could it have something to do
    with one's ISP?
