    The Mooring chart indeed shows the passage to be off limits due to
    shallow reefs. There should also be a small island just to the west and
    at the south end of Camanoe. You can transit between this island and
    Camanoe to let you get on your way. It's narrow but has good depth.
    We've actually gone through the area that's restricted and it's easily
    doable under motor and with someone at the bow.

    which Camanoe are you talking about here?
     
    I think your not really addressing the issue here if the passage is off
    limits to Moorings Charterers it matters not if the US Navy could take a nuclear
    powered aircraft carrier through there - it is NO GO if your on a Moorings
    boat.
