That ought to work if the postal worker takes the time to read the
message and takes the effort to get it returned, so that's what I did.
The other problem with Bound Printed Matter mailings is that there is
no time frame by which the PO has to try to deliver them. They go if
there is space. May be really quick.. and then again may be sailboat
speed. <g>
