    Whenever mailing boxes of books, magazines, etc, I've always just said
    that it's printed material and have never been questioned further. I
    wasn't trying to get away with anything I just didn't know any better
    and no one has ever informed me otherwise. And yes, it is quite cheap
    to ship that way.
