    Hi Lisa,

Welcome aboard. Sounds as if you have your act together and know
where you want to go and are going. I congratulate you for your
perseverance. Sailing is often a difficult thing for those with full
use of their extremities let alone those without.

How long have you been a paraplegic? Were you a "jock" prior? I guess
I'm a bit nosey but for a reason. Those that are
paraplegic/quadriplegic have (I think) similar needs to those of us
who are early baby boomers or older. We may have the use of all our
limbs but they might not be as strong as they used to be or be as
mobile as we used to be. As we get older, we loose the ability to do
some of the things that we want to do and think that we can still do.
We're looking for the solutions that you have probably already found
or developed for yourself. I hope you will share them with us here.

    Rick
